Testimonials

We asked some of the Stockholm experts out there to share their thoughts on our city and what it’s like to work with and sell Stockholm on a daily basis. Here’s what they had to say.

Amira Amirova, Business Development Director of E&S

How would you describe Stockholm using three words?
Royal, breathtaking, trendy

What, according to you, are Stockholm’s unique selling points?
Great architecture and museums (from royal to the modern ones) on one hand  and great restaurants, design stores and people speaking fluent English on the other.

What are the benefits of selling Stockholm compared to other destinations?
Your tourists will fall in love with the city at first sight but have no chance to explore it during only one visit, so Stockholm is the city to visit again and again.

What are your clients most surprised about after visiting Stockholm?
They are surprised about the possibility to drink a tap water, about the fact they see so many dads walking with kids, the fact how the city can be old and modern at the same time

Do you have a favorite place/ thing to do when in Stockholm?
Junibacken to feel like a child and Monteliusvägen viewpoint to be far from the groups of tourists…

Do you have a favorite place/ thing to do when in Stockholm?
For the last few months my favorite place in Stockholm has been Fotografiska. When all the museums are closed in the evening, you can come here, take a walk through the halls, drink coffee in the top floor and enjoy the panoramic views of the city.
